Do you need a reason to exercise? Do you already exercise but would like to help someone else? If you live or work in East London and you’d like to get involved with the Good Gym, then please do get in touch.
Joining the Good Gym is really easy; to try it out for yourself, we’d love you to come for a run with us, during which we can explain how it all works and introduce you to some other Good Gym runners. To come along to the next group run, please sign up to get using the form below (or by emailing mark@thegoodgym.org), and we’ll send you details about when & where to join us. Signing up doesn’t lock you in to any kind of long-term commitment (and obviously we also won’t share your data with anyone else either.) The Good Gym is keen to work with other organisations that support its goals. If you’d like to work with the good gym or join the team fill in the form below or email ivo@thegoodgym.org. Refer someone:If you’re from an organisation that works with older people in Tower Hamlets, you can refer someone to be a Good Gym coach and they will receive regular weekly visits from a runner.
